Whats it like working in childcare right now?

Just wondered, have seen a job advertised. How is it during covid is it much difference to normal etc. Thanks

No soft toys. No water/sand/playdough unless it's kept separated for each child. Masks all the time. Can't visit before coming to nursery or when swapping rooms. Cold because the windows are open and the whole place smells of milton. Not great, but you get used to it.
