Trainers in machine, help please

I put my trainers in the washing machine - vans, if this is relevant.
When the wash was done they were still full of water so I put them on a spin, after the spin they are still full of water.
Any tips on getting the water out before I bin them?
It would be a shame to lose them as they look as good as new after the wash

Keep them on the radiator turned upside down. It may take days but they will dry eventually.

Stuff them with newspaper and put upside down on a radiator

Stuff them full of kitchen roll then leave to dry upside down on a radiator

I washed mine last week- they dried in about a day when I put them on the radiator
