Under £40 vacuum cleaner that doesn’t suck?

Pun intended Grin.

My bells and whistles Shark is broken and while it’s under warranty I have a feeling it’s going to take a while to get sorted so I need a cheapy interim option. I’ve had a reccy and all the reviews are very mixed. It’s going to be donated to my DM to leave at church for cleaning after we’re done with it so it needs to last a reasonable amount of time.

Has anyone been pleasantly surprised by a cheapy option? We’re a mucky family with a big hairy dog so can’t be without for long.

So if your Shark is broken, does that mean it will be gathering dust in the corner? Grin

I bought this recently - it's very dinky and rather brilliant. I could make another dog from all the fur it picks up.
