Yellow sticker dinner- diced turkey breast

JustWonderingIfYou · 21/03/2021 14:51

Got some diced turkey breast from Sainsburys for an amazing 66p but have more idea what to do with it.

I have a pretty well stocked larder/ freezer with usual herbs/spices/ tins etc. Knocking around the fridge is sweet potato, carrots, courgette.

Any suggestions?

I love turkey in thai curry. Would put courgette and carrot in it too. Alternately if you have sprouts, turkey stew and bubble and squeak is always a winner in this house

I do a chilli type thing with turkey mine, but with BBQ seasoning instead of spicy. Lots of peppers, onions, kidney beans in it. Very tasty, and left overs freeze well. Serve it on rice, with a salad. Or over a jacket potato. If It's thick and not runny, I will use left overs in a wrap with salad and cheese, like a cold burrito.
