Please help. We love seabass but nothing we usually eat seems to match up. What do you have with seabass?

Asparagus, roasted tomatoes and garlic crispy potatoes. It’s my daughter’s favourite meal

BreakfastOfWaffles · 21/03/2021 08:46

Aubergines, roasted in honey and soy sauce. Or with asparagus and pak choi.

MemoryIsRAM · 21/03/2021 08:47

With smashed sweet potatoes and cavalo nero or kale, cajun seasoning rubbed into the seabass

debka · 21/03/2021 08:48

Samphire?

Pesto pasta and salad.

All kinds of things. My favourite is prawn curry stuffed seabass with lemon and almond rice and garlic green beans.

Woodpecker22 · 21/03/2021 09:10

Lentils with fried chorizo and samphire (if it is in season)

AnathemaPulsifer · 21/03/2021 14:12

Samphire or spinach

happysunr1se · 21/03/2021 14:18

Cantonese classic; sizzle ginger shreds with a pinch of sugar, spring onion, soy sauce and olive oil. Serve with an aromatic rice (Thai jasmine) and steamed veg.

Sautéed potatoes in garlic, thyme and butter, with spinach, kale or samphire.

Or baked seabass with Mediterranean vegetables and sautéed potatoes.

You could try a seabass biriyani but I am not sure how well it would hold up.
