Any idea what this rash is on my arm?

Just noticed it this morning, as far as I'm aware it wasn't there yesterday. Not causing any discomfort or anything I'm just wondering what it could be?

I sometimes get little red dots like that when I scratch my arm on the inside.

Looks like some sort of contact dermatitis

Don't scratch it if you can - it may start feeling itchy as it dries out/heals and that's when you can make it far worse

I get these little red dots if I rub or scratch too hard when I'm in the shower or bath.

It's not at all itchy thought and I thought contact dermatitis is?
