We are looking to build a sensory room added onto our house as an extension for my severely disabled son,roughly 3x5 square foot,we havent a clue about costs prices etc,what's right reasonable or extortionate,if anyone has built an extension of this size can you please advise of building costs?its hard getting builders out at moment due to sheilding so id appreciate any help. Also is it best to go with a timber framed extension or stone brick build,is this cost dependent too?its all about price for us,we have a very modest budget and want to have enough to try kit out his room after the build .
