I have been having trouble putting my order in on Tesco's website - when I add an item it appears briefly in the basket area on the right (website) and then disappears, same thing happens on the app too. Yesterdays delivery turned up with just the few bits I added two weeks ago to book the slot. I have phoned them twice and he said don't know what the problem is so will report to IT dept and get back to me - he hasn't of course.
Anybody else had this or know the solution, I have cleared cookies and refreshed the cache etc.
