3rd IUD expelling :(

Does anyone have any knowledge, experience or advice about repeated expulsion of IUDs, please?
I am 47; I had an ablation in 2017 ( no periods now) and was fitted with a 10 year IUD.
IN 2019 I began to feel uncomfortable and have internal pain, had it checked and strings etc were in place, then a couple of months later went back and was told the IUD had moved/slipped and was seemingly embedding in my cervix.
I had it removed and replaced with another 10 year IUD. Last Summer i had pain again and it was checked, I was told all was ok.
After talking to my GP at Christmas they referred me to gynaecology to ascertain what the pain is (she said it had not slipped noticeably then). I am waiting on the apt.
It worsened (sore sitting down) and was removed in Jan/feb this year and replaced with a 5 year one .
And now , already - The pain is back, and I can feel the stem sad

I am just feeling really fed up; I can’t take hormonal contraception due to bad migraines, and I am not sure what to do or try next (except have this one removed as it HURTS!) Can anyone help, advise, or has anyone experienced similar?

I'm afraid I have no experience of this, but would you be willing to try natural family planning / cycle tracking? It's very effective when done correctly, and at 47 the chance of pregnancy is exceptionally low anyway (though of course not impossible).
