Does any wise MN know how I can actually get in touch?
There phone lines are shut (COVID) I have sent numerous emails and Fb messages but I am getting ignored. for over a week now
I returned some items all in the same package and I have only been refunded for one of them. They are ignoring me and I am feeling very peed off to say the least
Companies seem to blame covid for everything but it is not transmissible over the phone?

Did they send you an email at the time of refunding the one item?
Either way, how did you pay? I’d be asking PayPal or my bank depending on payment method to help me get the money back, using any proof like emails/postage proof etc.

Don’t be so ridiculous. I’m sure you’re quite capable of figuring out they can’t have as many people manning the centres as they would usually due to Covid.

I think every single company is ignoring all customers for the past year. I've had reason to contact ns&i, Halifax, sky, Wagamama, pizza express this past year. Not a single response.

Companies have had a year to plan for home working etc it can’t be that hard to divert phones to a real person or emails to home pcs
It was meant tongue in cheek
I have used them a lot in the past but it has left a sour taste
All I want is to for my issue to be acknowledged

They sent a no reply email confirming a refund of one item in the package and not the other.
I did pay via PayPal so I could try them. I have proof of posting via Hermes but it does not show what you sent back, as time passes they are lesss likely to locate the item I treturned

Yes definitely go via PayPal. You have proof of return it’ll be up to them to show PayPal you didn’t return the goods (which presumably they won’t be able to) and PayPal will find in your favour and refund you. I’ve had to use PayPal to get back my money twice in the last few months and they are good though it takes a few weeks as they have to give the other party time to respond.
