How can I find a really good medical negligence claim solicitor? How do find out who is shit hot?
I have been royally shafted and am disabled as a result. I am told my case has merit but I can't sift the sheep from the goats.
How do you go about the process of finding a solicitor that will look at my complex case properly instead of making all the right noises at the beginning but then losing bottle when they think it's complex?
Any idea please? I am desperate to stop sending documents and trying to get people to understand what has led to my current situation. I am anxious and depressed and I have no prospect of getting revisionary surgery either so my life has been wrecked by a surgeon having a go at something even the manufacturer of the system he used has contraindicated.
