Has anyone ever experienced this company before? I have had an expensive furniture item from Wayfair marked as delivered yet it hasn't been. Apparently it was delivered to my address and signed for at a time when I was in the house. I have looked at the signature and it is not mine and also it matches the signature on the delivery slip above (which they must have accidentally photographed too). I cannot get in touch with them as their customer service options are pretty much non existent. Interested to hear if anyone else has had to deal with this company.
