I’m 27 and I’ve recently brought a flat in a brand new block in my small city there are 4 buggies in the entrance I’ve seen two school ages boys with there mum in the building and now two small children have moved in opposite me. I work part time so am also able to help out during the day even just watching them for a few hours after school as the distance wouldn’t be an issue. Would you be annoyed if i put a leaflet through your letter box with my name and number with a little bit about me and my prices I haven’t done it in a few years and the parents just paid me what they decided. I’m going to get crb checked again as parents like knowing that I’ve also done a basic first aid course for work. I’m
Also happy to be called last minute as I’m often sat at home watching tv

I wouldn't be annoyed but I'd find it very weird. I think it would be best to get on talking terms with them first, then drop it into conversation.

I would make a leaflet and stick it to the communal door.

Thanks I think a leaflet on the communal doors would work also how much would you pay for babysitting or how much should I charge

I would research the rate in your area and stick to that! Make it clear if any snacks or drinks are included in that.

I wouldn’t find it weird. I’d just put something on the leaflet along the lines of - happy to come and meet parents and provide CRB checks etc
