Pls help - school bully involved!

Please can you help us?

Yesterday the class bully sent some pretty shitty google hangouts to my son (one-one) Shitty enough to not make him want to face her in school today and bad enough for her to go on and delete all their history from the conversation.

Sadly, my DS didn't screen shot when I told him to BUT I did see the conversation with my own eyes. They absolutely did happen.

I've googled how to restore history but nothing is helping as she deleted it from her devise, not us.

How do I restore? Nothing I'm coming up with is working!

Thank you. She's awful and I'm determined not to let her get away with her vile words. The world is hard enough, I just need to know how to restore the deleted chat.

Surely it must be somewhere? I just do t know how to do it. Google only lets me get so far - I'm guessing because she's deleted?

I wonder if it is only possible to recover your DS's part of the chat. There are instructions online but they don't say exactly what is recoverable.

I couldn't even do that? Please can you tell me how you managed that?

I'm at least by having it, I can help defend my DS.

I googled and got this. I've never used hangouts but the instructions seemed comprehensive. They don't mention what happens if the other account has deleted though

It isn't. Having skim red that link it says this:

A completely deleted message can never be recovered using any of the techniques mentioned above

Mind you, google support also says that "other participants will still be able to view the conversation" if you delete it so who knows.
