Hopefully they've caught it early. She's having an op in a few weeks.

I want to send her a care package or something because she needs to isolate before. We can't visit at all.

Any ideas welcome!

Thank you!

I don't think it particularly matters what is in the package, it is the fact she knows people are thinking about her.
Personally, I like flowers.
Cards are nice.
Then whatever your Mum thinks of as a treat - that might be cake, chocolate, or something like a smelly candle. We're all different.

When my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, I put together a "chemo bag" for her of all the possible things she might need during treatment.

I spent ages looking through cancer support websites and chat sites like Mumsnet looking for suggestions or things that people had found useful. Even if your Mum isn't having chemo, hopefully you might still find the attached list useful.

Love & best wishes to your Mum for a swift recovery Thanks

Thinking back to my mastectomy 5 years ago, things that would have been useful/ I would have liked;

Non perfumed skin Massage oil (it’s useful for scars)
Calming Body lotion
Calming scented candle
Magazines
Pretty Scented cushion / pillow
