Music and choreography for school sports 'aerobic challenge' Help!

We live outside the UK and school for DS (15) has been online for the last year and is still online. For sport, the class has been given an "aerobic challenge" that may as well be written in Aramaic for all that he and I understand of what is to be done.
I have never done aerobics. He has never done aerobics.
Maybe someone on Mumsnet can point him/me in the right direction? Where does one start on this? (Students have already sent questions on this to the sports teacher. The responses have NOT been helpful)

Task:

  • organise yourselves into groups of three or four. Practising will be self-organised via Zoom
  • choose a song and plan the aerobics choreography to go with it.
  • song must be at least 130 bpm and in 4/8 time
  • movements should be repeated no more than twice and can include: V step, A step, leg curl, lunge, squat, kick, side step, side touch, heel dig, knee lift
  • plan for choreography should be handed in by tomorrow

I have spent ages online and on Youtube looking at aerobic steps, and DS has spent ages hunting for suitable music, but we are both so out of our depth on this.
Is there some simple and straightforward step-by-step guide or simple introduction we are missing here? Something straightforward on Youtube that one could simply follow?

aerobic just means keeping moving the whole time.

maybe look up dance choreography?
kylie minouge has stunning ones, beyonce? madonna?
add some flossing, macarena and choo choo...

Choreography here just means the sequence of movements e.g. lunge foreward right, lunge forward left, knee lift right, knee lift left repeat.
Arm curl, arm curl, step dig step dig repeat
Etc.

Any dance track or dance remix will do. Think he means 4/4 and not 4/8 but pretty much most dance remixes will do.

Look at popsugar on YouTube.

Most dance music (Ibiza/techno type stuff) is in 2/4 or 4/8 time. Either will be fine. If you're not sure, think if you can waltz to it (imagine Dancing on the Stars in a big dress doing 123,123,123). If you could, or aren't sure, it's the wrong music.
