Has anyone ever stopped their binge eating and yoyo dieting?

I'm really struggling. Plus I'm drinking too much.

No but I'm in the same position bar the alcohol, although first lockdown I was drinking stupid amounts and calmed that down
I've gone from a 14/16 to a 18/20 and I desperately want to fit my wedding dress by June. I've got no hope at the moment

I was on the Terri -Anne 123 diet and quickly lost weight over the space of a few months. I was a size 10 before children, then was size 14/16 after my 2 DD's. I went on the diet and went down to a size 6 probably 6 years ago now and have managed to keep most of it off. I'm a size 8 now (had my DS 3 years ago and the extra few lbs are clinging on) Grin

I'm not strict with it as I love my take always at the weekend but its definitely made me more aware of what I am eating. It's great, your never hungry because you eat 6 times a day. They have fb support groups which have recipes and example meal plans.

I'm not great with exercise so when I have gained a few lbs from too much junk food I just go back on plan for a week or so to get it back off.

I've tried everything and 20 years on still don't know the answer!

I think having set mealtimes helps.

I tend not to eat much during the day, eat loads at night and therefore not hungry for breakfast. This is a cycle I need to break.

The only way to stop binge eating for me is to stop restricting (dieting)
