Wisdom pain. Worst when have hot bath?

Had dentist a few weeks ago and has done a referral for hospital for removal. I had xray so know no abscess which was my fear as the pain is throbbing my whole upper row of teeth into cheek bone.
.x ray was fine and no abscess.

Anyway. It doesn't hurt all the time but each time I have a hot bath the pain is intense.
Anyone had similar.
I had a hot soak because I've been lugging heavy boxes today and ached. I'm now regretting it.

Probably because it encourages the circulation and more blood flow means more pain. It'll be the same if you bend down or jump up quickly. Anything that raises the blood pressure.

It is decayed or impacted? If decayed can they not remove at the surgery? I had 2 upper wisdoms out at practice by my normal dentist as I was in a lot of pain.

They're growing too close to a nerve they're only through a few mm.
When I had the other side out that did the same they had to cut them out the gum quite deep.. I also can't open my jaw very wide which is another reason it's being done under general.
The pain isn't like toothache. Thankfully I've only had 1 toothache it's a ' squahed' pain like it's trying to grown but can't .

But definitely makes sense re blood pressure
