Please share your slow cooker recipes, looking for some inspiration as I've never used one before!

bbq gammon

One I love is by a guy called Scott baptie. Called Brazilian chicken I think. Involves coconut milk, lime, peanut butter and some spices. It's delicious!

Throw in whole 🐔. Lid on, leave on low for 6-8 hours.
Or repeat with lamb shoulder, lob in red wine and rosemary leave on low 8 hours
Or pork, add cider /apple juice /sage. Low 8 hours

Pulled pork

Campfire stew - gammon joint + baked beans + tinned tom + garlic and paprika. Cook for 8 hours, shred and serve with crusty bread

Shredded chicken, to be added to pasta, pie, curry.

Pulled pork is our family's current fav. cheap cut of meat and easy to do, can even get a ready mix for it.
