How to get rid of persistent smell of dog!

Help! Just moved into a new house. The utility room absolutely reeks of dog. Thankfully the rest of the house is fine. The previous owner had two cocker spaniels who I think spent most of their time in the utility. I have thoroughly cleaned and aired the whole room, steam cleaned the floor but it hasn't made any difference! There are no soft furnishings or curtains in there, the floor is tiled. Anyone got a magic solution!?

Paint it! I would paint it and clean the floor with bleach. If there are no soft furnishings it has to be in the walls and floor.

Or can you clean the walls with zoflora? Try that first. Maybe you need to neutralise the dog smell with an odour killer?

Try zoflora all over the floors and walls, use a lot and leave it overnight.

That should help!

Thanks! Will try the zoflora, did think I might need to re paint! A lot of the wall is tiled though!

Definitely paint over the parts that aren't tiled.
I wonder if there's an 'oust' air freshener that kills dog smells?
If nothing else works burn some incense sticks. They get rid of most smells

This is my go to now for smells that won't go. Cat pee smell, lingering man pee smell in toilet in new house 🤢, gone, thank god.

I have a very old smelly cocker spaniel who lives in my utility room (she has the run of the house but generally sleeps all day in her bed in there) I use Zoflora which seems to keep the smell to a minimum.

Urgh, we had a similar problem but with cat smell...zoflora worked wonders and got a toothbrush right in all the books and crannies. We also found LOADS of cat hair behind and actually inside the radiators (gag) so maybe check there if you've got a radiator in there.

Zoflora do a disinfectant specifically for tackling pet odour. I always make sure I have a bottle to hand and it's been brilliant.
