Sandpit/Water Play

Karcheer · 17/03/2021 10:39

My sister would like me to get my niece a sandpit for her birthday.
I've no idea about sandpits (childless aunt).

Can some-one recommend a good one please?

They have a fairly small garden and i'm happy to spend around £100.

Thank you!

Clarify if they are thinking of something to sit in, or a sand/water table.

For a sand pit to sit in, you will need a waterproof cover. The expensive bit can be the sand! And don't forget toys... Spades, moulds, and diggers were favourites here. (We built our own from a raised bed kit)

A tuff spot and stand should be just the ticket.

@Aroundtheworldin80moves i will ask - thank you. She may send me a link to the one she wants...

What about the old fashioned half shell that is a sand pit with a lid or a small paddling pool?
