Children's Vitamins

Can anyone recommend some flavourless drops, or even a small tablet they could swallow? They're both over the age of 7.

I have 2 children with special needs so their diets are limited, but not poor. I would love help getting more nutrients and supplements into them. I've just got some Vit D drops which they were able to take in water like a shot so I was hoping to capitalise on that.

They will eat packaged some smoothies, eg Innocent cartons but I haven't yet convinced them to try one of my home made ones. A recipe would be great - although they don't like bananas.

Their fish intake is low so I worry about Omegas etc.

Would they eat chewy gummy vitamins?
There's plenty of them about

No unfortunately. One will eat the Haribo strawberry and the other has decided against it. Neither of them will have orange flavoured anything.

There are spray vitamins for children but most seem to be flavoured. The Better You one is raspberry I think
