Hi - I've started spotting on a weekly basis after 8 + years continuously on Cerazette. Twice it's been 7 days apart and another time a few months ago. It doesn't last too long but feels like a period with that dragging feeling. I also have pain in my lower back on the right hand side. I'm 49.
