I have an April birthday so I think probably April. I also love December because of Christmas.

October. My birthday, Autumn colours, Halloween, half term is a low key holiday I actually enjoy with my dc, firmly into winter clothing but not too cold.

ALongHardWinter · 16/03/2021 20:58

October. Autumn is my favourite time of year and it's also my birthday that month.

May - it's my birthday, usually nice weather ... the promise of Summer to look forward to.

I was 18 in the famous summer of 1976 so I think that has always meant fantastic memories Smile but my 40th & 50th celebrations were also lovely outdoor parties, 60th was nice too but a more subdued meal out ! Even last year when I was 62 we had a lovely outdoor (small - Covid) garden party with my DPs who are fortunately still alive.

December.

I love the dark evenings with the stove lighting.
I love the christmas lights.
I love that people are in a festive spirit.

OrangeBananaFish · 16/03/2021 21:03

April. The weather is better and we still have all the exciting things that summer brings. Holidays, barbeques trips to the seaside etc.

I am talking about non Covid times and obvs I realise that we can do these things any time.

Daisychainsandglitter · 16/03/2021 21:06

October- love Autumn.

Susie477 · 16/03/2021 21:06

It’s a tie between June & September, because those are the months in which we normally take our two main holidays.

Least favourite is December, because I hate Christmas.

hilbil21 · 16/03/2021 21:07

October. Birthday, Halloween, and the beginning of cosiness for winter.

WhisperingJesse · 16/03/2021 21:07

May. The weather is lovely, there's the anticipation of a lovely summer ahead, and it's the only entire month my first child lived.

BillywigSting · 16/03/2021 21:09

July, warm, sunny, lovely long days spent with my gorgeous ds playing on the beach/in the park/in the fountains and eating ice cream. Bills are cheaper, summer food is nicer, picnics, fresh salads, ice cold beer and lemonade. My skin is better, my energy levels are better, there is no school stress.

I would have a whole year of July if I could.

JayAlfredPrufrock · 16/03/2021 21:09

May.

RubyFakeLips · 16/03/2021 21:14

August if it’s decent weather. Hazy long days of summer and all that.

Otherwise, December. I bloody love Christmas lights and tubs of Celebrations.
