If so how easy was it.
We have one that's very clearly rotten on kitchen as floor is sinking and pretty sure the others are too.
The kitchen is old and delapitated. So not sure if they will just find easier to rip the lot out and start from scratch. Or if possible to do without the kitchen is very narrow. Units both sides and just about a person width passageway down the middle.

I had parts of rotten floor joists and floorboards replaced. It took someone really experienced a morning to do it but it was in the bay

We had this a few years ago - one went completely and upon inspection the others in the kitchen / dining room weren't in much better condition. Whole lot had to come out, new joists, z shape vent bricks to improve subfloor ventilation, new flooring, skirting, plastering upto knee height, full kitchen Sad ££££
Worth getting a few different builder's opinions and quotes, but for us the verdict was unanimous...
