Do you ever return fruit/veg?

My local Aldi & Lidl are rubbish for fruit & veg. A lot of them are gone off when I open the packaging.
I’ve just thrown a box of tomatoes from Tesco in the bin as they’re fuzzy.

I never return them - do you? I was tempted to with the tomatoes, as it’s annoying me.

Yes I returned potatoes yesterday, one of which had gone mushy. They replaced them, no problem.

Yes I've done this. Even tea bags that's Tasted funny . They've been pretty good . Fruit is terrible in lidl and aldi , pretty much turned after getting them home. Each time I've returned them , stupidly I carried on buying fruit about 4 times and it was back in there each time ..but within a day or two not like a week.after. I won't buy there anymore ..its like going to the nearest drain and putting a fiver down it .. would you do that ? Same thing

I had Sainsbury’s strawberries which had the 15th on, came to eat them Sunday morning and they had more hair than my head. I was going to take them back but my husband binned them.

My husband often does this .Waitrose though. They always refund.Inedible rock hard fruit which is supposed to be ripe too.

I don’t return as it’s a faff to carry around wet/stinky food, but I do go on live chat and mention it. They refund via gift card.
