I want a fag, I REALLY want a fag, day 4 of giving up, didn’t do it for 10 years then started again a couple of years ago now I’m done. It smells, it’s expensive and it’s gross, but so so enjoyable.
Anyway help me not just eat, I’ve eaten constantly all morning, lost over 6 stone a few years ago. I don’t want to just say h cancerous favs for obesity FFS!! I’m on the fit a healthy aim!
So what can I do to stop the constant craving of either go smoke or eat something??
