May Half term hols - UK minibreak??

Do people think the May half term hols will be changed?

My School says: wait till nearer the time, we don't know.

I'd like to take my kids down for a long weekend to a couple of museums. Obvs I will follow whatever C-19 guidance is in place (I think Premier Inn will be open by then??) but worried about schools

No I don't think so. Can you imagine the teachers accepting that!

Spring Bank holiday is part of the half term.

I'd avoid it as it will cost a lot of money for anywhere to stay. Museums will be timed bookings as they were in August/September. Your children may be those who don't like queueing or waiting about.
