Not had a period since November

I’m 32 and not had a period since November. I’m regularly getting period type pains though but no period.

I'm going to assume you've taken a pregnancy test. Can you get a GP appointment?

Thank you for your reply. Yes I’ve taken a pregnancy test multiple the first month. I wasn’t sure if it’s worth putting a GP appointment for.
