Are all calls to NHS services passed onto GP’s

For example I called nhs England customer care. She asked for a lot of details. Will they be passed on to my GP practice it wasn’t a medical issue.

I think so, my GP has records of any a&e visits or out of hours care. Possibly even 111 calls but I haven’t checked
