Trying to choose between Deluxe Ewan and Pabobo Whale

Hello
A friend and I are trying to buy a white noise machine for our pregnant friend. None of us currently have children.

We can't decide between Delux Ewan and Pabobo the Whale.

The main difference is that the whale projects underwater scenes and Ewan doesn't. Not sure if that is good for babies or not.

Whale:
Underwater effect
3 light intensities
Plays lullabies and white noise
Cordless, battery-operated design
Portable design, ideal for moving around the home or taking away on trips
Ideal for toddler hands to play with
Soft plush body can be removed for washing
Auto shut-off after 25 minutes (15 mins if sound is on)
L20cm x W26cm x H14cm
Suitable from birth

Ewan:
Soft cuddly toy with light and sound features to lull baby into a peaceful sleep.
Intelligent MoonMode smartCRY sensor, which automatically activates when baby stirs in the night.
5 soothing sounds: shush, vacuum cleaner, rainfall, harp melody and a recording of the womb. All sound sequences feature a resting heartbeat in the background - not computer generated.
Light and sound displays feature a 20 minute timer with automatic shut off and volume control.
Soft pink glow mimics the womb environment to help comfort and soothe.
Attaches easily to cot bars, pushchairs and car seats using Velcro tail.
Removable control pod so ewan Deluxe can be machine washed.
Requires x3 AA batteries (LR06 1.2-1.5V max).

Does anyone have experience with these products?

Help appreciated.

Don’t know anything about the whale, but we’ve got the deluxe Ewan and he’s great. The noise sensor and ability to be washed are really hand and what make it worth the upgrade from standard Ewan IMO.
