Strong smell of sewerage in my kitchen from the soil pipe, no leaks, drains not blocked so I'm assuming it's an air admittance valve failure. But I can't for the life of me work out where the outlet for the valve is!
I have one going through the loft but believe that's just for the top floor bathroom which is linked to a different soil pipe. The one that smells of for the middle floor bathroom.
Any clues how to work it out?
Will keep trying to find a plumber but have left multiple messages and had no callback yet! Thanks.
