I love this! Her name is dinkie flowers! How amazing is that?!

Wow she looks so young. I have bookmarked this to watch whenever I am feeling unmotivated.

Oh yes this is amazing, I sent it to DM who is in her 70s and has just decided to take up running! Truly an inspiration.

I love this lady!!
One of the women in my cycling club is a 70 something great grandma, who regular knocks out 100 mile rides, she usually spends a few weeks in France or Scotland “ticking off” great hill climbs, but is having to stick to local Pennine routes at the moment. I am in awe of her..

Definitely an idea to keep moving - my great grandpa kept in pretty good healthy until his death in his 90s, and I think a lot was to do with him making sure he went for a walk every day.

She's right you know! If you want to learn more I can recommend the book 'The miracle Pill' its all about the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle. I'm so bloody guilty of being sedentary. When we had that beautiful weather a few weeks ago I did my 10,000 steps a day religiously.
Since the change in the weather I've been lucky to hit 1500 Sad.
