I know I'm asking the impossible but I feel shit and want to know when I'll feel better. Please humour me.

Day 1 - cough starts / take test
Day 2 - coughing/ a little achy / positive resylt comes back
Day 3 - coughing / more achy
Day 4-6 coughing/ achy / big waves of exhaustion/cotton wool head /headaches
Day 7 - today.

I know people get it MUCH worse and I'm relatively lucky. If your symptoms were similar, when did you get better?

The serious exhaustion lasted for 2-3 weeks but I felt a bit better each day from about day 9. Thought I was getting better and did too much, then went backwards. Two months to feel relatively “normal”. Three months on my sense of smell hasn’t yet recovered and I still get more tired than I did pre-Covid, from less activity.

Oh and get well soon! Take vitamin D!

My two colleagues took 3 weeks to get back to work fully. They had some issues still, mainly fatigue at end of the day, that bit slowly improved and they are fully OK now. That's 7 weeks.
