Car Insurance

My policy auto-renewed in January at a very difficult personal time (I've name-changed as I've posted about it on here). Someone drove into me tonight and I've checked the policy documents which were sent out and realised that they have my Father down as the owner of the car (he was for a previous one) and, more importantly, that some speeding points I got for the first time in the Autumn aren't on it. Am I totally screwed? Can I inform them now and still be covered?

Just call them and explain

I mean, that's all I can do, but I wondered how that would go down.

Just to say ... it took AGES for anyone to get back to me but the details were amended and my premiums didn't go up. When I emailed in, as I had to as the systems were down, I did mention the incident but, even though they have no categorised it as my fault as it was on a roundabout, it didn't seem to2 change anything. Thanks for all the advice.

Premiums will change at your next renewal. Not just now. Just be aware.....( worked in car insurance)
