I'm hoping people have advice on this as I haven't been able to really find anything online.
I had a baby 13 months ago and have nearly lost all the considerable weight I gained - probably about 4lbs heavier than pre pregnancy. The problem is my body has changed - I know this happens and this is my second baby but I'm so frustrated with it.
I bloat throughout the day, all over, including legs, stomach etc so even leggings feel too tight by about 7pm - diet hasnt changed and I also had this during pregnancy - its every day regardless of diet / movement / fluid intake (did have this in first pregnancy but not post partum) - I drink a lot of water so not sure its lack of fluids
The 2nd problem is all my weight is on my upper stomach so to me it looks like I am still 3 months pregnant - I have never carried weight here before - is it post partum related? I dont have diastasis recti and I have tried to do exercises to strengthen my core as suffered badly with PGP in pregnancy - anyone have any tips for reducing? Obviously it gets worse as I get more bloated too
I'm still breastfeeding once a day so it could be hormone related but I fed my first to 15 months and didn't have this
Does any one have any ideas??? Also, no known allergies or symptoms
