Has anyone ever won anything on ant and Dec's sat night takeaway?

Watching it with the kids now and just wondering? Seems like some pretty big prizes given to quite a few people/families every week and I've never heard of anyone I know winning anything?

It struck me tonight just how few lyrics there are in Ruby it's just three sentences on repeat with lots of Ooohs and Rubies.
