Good self care tips/ hobbies for anxiety

I've had anxiety for pretty much my whole life, however it got worse after an abusive relationship. I find it almost impossible to relax now. I used to be someone who loved lots of things, but now I even find it difficult to concentrate on a TV show. I also find myself doom scrolling a lot and going on regular Google binges that don't exactly help the anxiety. Luckily I have a wonderful therapist and that has brought me a long way, but I'm wondering about relaxing hobbies and what may help anxiety. Thanks in advance :)

Lego or Nanoblocks, Headspace app, learning guitar ( had since I was young but I got an app with chord tabs). All of these have helped me hugely in the last year. Nanoblocks are so fiddly you really have to concentrate and the finished pieces are small enough to put on a shelf. The Headspace app has been great, you can use the standard tier for free and there is a 3 minute session for panic which I have used a lot. I pay for the subscription now and spend 15 minutes a day on it. It has dramatically reduced feelings of panic. Good luck.
