Help! Citizenship GCSE/Electoral Reform

DD 16 has to do a project including a survey for her Citizenship around the 'first past the post' voting system and electoral reform.

She's received precious little feedback so far, including from our MPs and the Electoral Reform Commission and is a bit gutted as it's her final presentation for her best subject.

If any Vipers would be willing to help her out by taking a minute or two to complete the survey below (it's only 4 questions) it would be mahoosively appreciated.

OK, I have done it but:

• question 1 is formatted as an ordering question not a 'select 1'
• question 4 really isn't a very clear question 'coincides with democracy' is unclear wording.

She may like to withdraw, spend an hour tweaking, and then get you to readvertise.
