Favourite Cocktails?

I like a Woo Woo ( Vodka, Peach Schnapps & cranberry juice), Screaming Orgasm ( Cointreau & Baileys), Pina Colada ( had a non alcoholic version in Majorca which was to die for), Black Russian ( Tia Maria, Vodka & coke) & one I used to have at a nightclub in my late teens which had Blue Curacao & some sort of strawberry liqueur. If I remember, I quite liked Long Island Iced Tea too. Basically anything alcoholic lol 🤣

I've tried recreating these at home but they're never as good.

My favourites are:
Hemingway
White Lady
Classic Margarita

Bramble, Mojito or a sex on the beach.

Dry, dirty gin martini with extra olives, stirred. I'm fairly easy on the gin and vermouth so long as they're paired properly. Though if I wouldn't drink either neat then they shouldn't be put in my drink.

Into passion fruit martinis here. Also margaritas but have run out of tequila

I definitely prefer my cocktails more spirit-forward. Like a PP, I like my cocktails to taste of alcohol rather than of fruit or cream. My DP likes fruity cocktails and tiki drinks so I do mix them for him and can appreciate them on a hot summer day but my favourites are:
Old fashioned
Amaretto/whisky/gin sour
Manhattan
Sidecar

I also love champagne cocktails and french 75s when the occasion calls for something fizzy.

Strawberry daiquiri

I love a very dry martini with one olive - absolutely delicious.

I also love a Long Island Iced Tea.

I miss cocktails at lunch or in the afternoon with friends so much.

A caipirinha is my favourite.

Mojitos are my favourite (hence the username) but I can never replicate them at home.

I used to live near a cocktail bar years ago and drank way too many. I just forgetting to get the right mixers now - I think I could probably do a lot of them from what is in the cupboard.
Favourites are margaritas, Cosmo, French martini, espresso martini, mojito, Long Island ice tea and caipirinha when made properly and Alabama slammer.

Haven't seen brandy Alexander mentioned for ages and up it pops, I've gone off the more creamy ones such as that and grasshoppers

I like a Gimlet. Or a dirty martini. Occasionally a pink lady or a manhattan.

There’s a cocktail bar in a hotel by a train station that I used to stop by in specifically for one cocktail.
It was a black forest martini, cream, cherry, chocolate - what’s not to love!
I do like sweet and creamy cocktails but also really fresh tart ones but my god that black forest one was to bloody die for.
I also love a caipirinha (these are lethal but amazing), a brandy Alexander (haven’t had one of these for years now but I’d still order one if I saw it on a menu), amaretto sour... I just miss going out and getting rat arsed on cocktails

Classic, very dry gin martini with an olive or a twist of lemon.

Negroni

Mai Tai - but only the proper classic one, not the beach bar abominations full of tropical fruit juices.

Cosmopolitan.

I don't usually like Coke as a mixer but I am quite partial to a Long Island Iced Tea. Mainly because there is so much alcohol in it that I can't really taste any coke.

If I'm feeling really boozy: margarita and pina colada. Dont generally like rum or tequila though

Manhatten...I feel like such a grown up when I drink them.

On the sweet side...classic pina colada or white russian..I don't make pina colada often as I rarely have the coconut cream, but I make white Russians whenever we have cream to use up.
