I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. I fell pregnant 5 weeks after giving birth to my third baby. I had real bad spd with her from 28 weeks all in my pubic bone I couldn’t walk it was agony and it lasted about 4 weeks post partum. I am getting some niggles in the front but noticeably feeling the pain in my tailbone after sitting. I am so scared of getting it in the front pubic bone and in my tailbone at the same time. I find sleeping on my side hurts when I roll over or get out of bed or get clicks in my pelvis last time. I haven’t had that this time just the odd niggle. Any tips to help avoid this? PT is a waste of time due to COVID x
