Weekend Plans?

What’s everyone up to ( lockdown permitting)? Chilled night tonight then working overtime tomorrow. DH making pizzas for tea tomorrow. I’m on holiday for 9 days after tomorrow so just hoping for nice weather. DD12 will be back at school. Not building my hopes up for Mother’s Day as DD is very unlikely to do anything 😢Will pop across to see my Mum as we can meet up outside if it’s fine. Trying the Iceland pork crackling joint for Sunday tea with spuds, broccoli, carrots, applesauce & pork gravy. Yum!

I'm a teacher and my workload has been immense this week what with meetings, assessments, data drop, resourcing etc. So a lie in tomorrow. Leisurely walk to the bakery late morning. Bit of pottering, cleaning, playing with DCs. Takeaway. Wine. Not seeing my mum on Sunday as it's too risky unfortunately having had 28 people breathing on me all week and one child awaiting a covid test result. But hopefully a slower pace for a couple of days!

I might:

Go for a walk
Go to the supermarket
Go to my friend's and have a few glasses of wine

Pretty much what I've been doing for the last 12 months 😂

Oh yes and queue up for my weekly covid test tomorrow, I'd forgotten about that.

Sweet FA as usual. Can't wait for the 29th when we are (hopefully) allowed to meet outdoors in groups of 6!

No covid test for me tomorrow 🎉 every Monday and Thursday my alarm goes off at 5.45am so I can scrape my tonsils and shove a swab up my nose before work 😁

Going to see my gran tomorrow for mothers day, can't think what I'm going to buy her, spending time with my mother Sunday for mothers day and hopefully catching up on some TV shows

Going for a walk to a country park tomorrow, we haven't been for weeks cause it's a 20 minute drive. Afterwards, we're putting up a new blind in the living room window. My mum (lives alone) will be over on Sunday for dinner. Fingers crossed her present arrives tomorrow that I ordered 2 weeks ago😩
