Andy Murray welcomes fourth child

Andy and Kim Murray have just announced the birth of their fourth child. Huge congratulations to them, but does that mean they now have four under five? I honestly cannot imagine the chaos or how anyone with so many children so close in age manages to cope. I’m run off my feet with one!

I would imagine they have paid help.

It's amazing just how many kids celebrities/rich people pop out. Totally their prerogative but my goodness! Especially when there is talk of impact of population on our fragile planet

When did people start ‘welcoming‘ their children instead of just announcing the birth? It sounds so twee.

I had 4 under 4, DH and I with no help. Was a little chaotic and tiring 🤣. I imagine they have a little help, still busy though.

I had 4 under 5, btw and I never had a nanny, or any paid help! It wasn't particularly chaotic. I liked it, and the DC got on well and played together fairly nicely. I don't remember many arguments. Perhaps I was lucky!

I've got a big age gap (They are all late 20s) and one dreadful, surly teenager left at home if anyone thinks I'm boasting. I certainly found multiple children easier to cope with than what is effectively an 'only' child. He was incredibly demanding.

Guess those hip replacements worked
