Looking at getting a mini must be 5 door, driver is 5ft 3” but wondering about leg room in the back. Won’t be new, budget about £7,000.

Would like an idea of reliability, good/bad points etc

Thanks

I adore my mini. Feel like a tank safety-wise, super reliable, goes well (far too easy to go over 70 on the mway). This one I've had a few tyre issues, last one had a few engine issues. But I'm a total fan.

Convertibles feel very cramped in the back. My Cooper S convertible was very uncomfortable in the back and not much better in the front.

I think that all Minis are overpriced and that there are better options for the money. I won’t have one agsin.

We had a five door, it definitely had more legroom in the back than our previous three door. Only switched back to go electric. Every mini we have ever had has been a good solid car and fun to drive.

I have a 65 plate 5 door. Ive never sat in the back, but DS doesnt complain!

It flies down the motorway however I have found it to be expensive to repair and utter, utter shite in snow/ice
