I was just thinking, could he actually be talking about the war: on covid?

He mentions the sea...but could he actually mean 'a wave'.

Talk of the newly made one leading the army - could that be the vaccine? I mean, you dont make a person...(unless it's meant to make them into a captain ect...) but you do make an antivirus.

The east weakening the west could be new variants of the virus forming one place and spreading to another.

The talk about the bank...I'm not sure but I was visualising like sandbags up against a bank to stop water getting in? And we think it's all good...until the last moment.

The last two parts I dunno...but Iron cage...lockdown? Like being in prison.

A d I dunno if nostradamous centred a lot if his predictions in italy but we know they got the virus really bad at first...

Anyway, random musings xD

Ooh the last bit could mean the italian PM gets the virus just as another wave hits...

I remember the quatrains about 9/11 and how they could be interpreted but the above makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Well you could interpret that to mean loads of situations. Same as all his other stuff. Makes sense if you want it to - deliberately vague!
