Will they be able to see anything abnormal ?

Had a molar pregnancy a few weeks ago and I have struggled with pain and bleeding since. My hcg levels are currently 160,000 so I have reason to feel shitty but yesterday I started with dreadful shooting stabbing burning pains in my lower left abdomen and I went to A&E, it was a bit pointless really as they decided not to do a scan and I have to go in the morning, they're checking for retained products.

However this feels bowely, the intense pain is coming in waves, it hurts so much and it's so intense. I haven't pooped for a few days and I haven't passed wind either. The dr didn't seem too bothered about it yesterday but I've realised today that eating causes intense pain as well. Will they be able to see if there is an issue with my bowel tomorrow at the scan?
