Walk more than 20 yards, kneel, use my right arm for anything other than holding my phone, put my hair in a bobble, sleep more than 2 hours at a time. I wish I was young again (I'm only 30)

Wear heels , go out 6 out of 7 nights ,some of those nights bed at 4am then work at 8.30am.

Get drunk and get up for work the next day. I can barely function the following day if I’ve had more than a couple of glasses of wine the night before. I don’t bother any more unless it’s a special occasion, as I like to run first thing and just feel horrible even having had one drink now. Unfortunately it’s been a part of getting older for me.

Another one is I can’t eat what I want without putting on weight. I miss that more than the alcohol!

Cartwheels. I tried to show dd how to do a cartwheel. I nearly dislocated my hip and my wrist hasn’t been the same since. I was hobbling around for weeks. 30 years ago I was cartwheeling all over the place!

Run really fast. I’m still quite fast (compared to most other adults and kids I’ve challenged to a race!) but in my mind I’m still 2nd fastest sprinter in secondary school and no one’s told my body.

Eat anything, anything, and not put on weight.

I used to be able to comfortably touch my nose to my toes (backwards stretch). Until my mid 20s. Not sure when I lost that one.

Not a very good jumper any more, either.

Get off the floor without looking like a new born calf and holding onto someone/something.

Have a drink without needing two days to get over it.

Being free and having a life without feeling so overwhelmed by being responsible for everything for my family.
