Interview outfit for retail management job

I need some advice please.
I’ve got a interview for a retail managers job on Monday and I haven’t got a clue what to wear.

It needs to be something I can buy online and get quick delivery.
Does it need to be a suit?

Would be grateful for any advice. I’m 5 ft 2 dive 10 age 40.

Thank you

This might be better in the style and beauty board. Ask Mn to move it for you.

A suit or at least a jacket would be best for an interview, but if you have a smart dress that would be fine too.

What kind of shop? E.g. a sports wear shop would be more casual than a jewellers or supermarket. A smart shirt, jacket and skirt/trousers should be ok for most if you don't have a suit. Definitely err on the side of being overdressed rather than casual.

Depends ... is it very high end retail? I got the last two retail management jobs I went for, wore the same outfit (two years apart Grin) .. a skirt and smartish top ... but charity retail so we don't have to be super smart (all my outfits are from charity shops Grin).
