What do only do when you are alone in the house?

For the first time since mid-December, I am home alone

My secret is that when everyone is out, I play the recorder! I play by ear so while I'm learning a tune so it can be a bit painful, but I love it. No-one knows I do this - except you lot now

Anyone else have any home alone secrets?

My neighbour’s teenage daughter sings whenever she’s home alone. Usually the soundtrack from The Greatest Showman, although she’s been mixing it up lately with A Star Is Born!

I’ve been attempting to learn the guitar. My son’s an amazing guitarist and I’m trying to surprise him by learning something.

Im home alone now and I've just eaten by lunch in bed and am now going to have a nap for the rest of my lunch break.

I enjoy the silence. My house is always SO noisy. So I turn the telly off, machines like the washer and dryer off. I can't stop the traffic on the road outside but I wish I could. Either way. Bliss.

Home alone today for the first time! Strangely, I did the housework ! I can't do it when people are under my feet. OH back now. Thankfully, it's soon time for me to go to work.

I enjoy walking naked from the washing machine to the shower after putting my dirty clothes in, also like going to bed for a cuppa disregarding the time of day - I'm newly single so struggling to adjust to it again- but these are the first thing that springs to mind- my divorced friend managed to make me laugh recently when she said her favourite thing was being able to fart with abandon!

Started a few weeks ago when home schooling got too much. Ds 6 keeps humming the theme tune!!. Busted..

Listening to drama and programmes on BBC Sounds through my headphones. No point in even trying with anyone else here.

I'm home alone every weekday as wfh. I quite often have a nap at lunchtimes .
