Boiler service man (or woman) is due between 12 and 4. What time will they come?

Yes, whenever you need to go to the toilet, or during any work calls if you have them.

I know when parcels will come during the 4 hour delivery window, because it will coincide with the half hour work call I have within that time.

The day I managed two work calls and three parcel deliveries on the same day and none of them coincided was the day I knew I was winning at life.

I've actually got a horrible feeling they aren't coming. It's housing association yearly service. Usually get a text in the morning to remind me but not had anything. Tried to ring but was 12th in line to speak to someone so decided hang up. I'm not waiting to go out so we'll see!

Hopefully more reliable than the roofer who was due to be at our house 5 weeks ago. Unless he has blown away....

I was due to get my boiler service in October, it’s happening in June apparently. The good thing about British Gas is that they call to say they are en route.
